Thanks for checking in with us. We are the Blackford's; Robert, Elaine, Josh and Jake. We currently live in North Carolina, in the Research Triangle area but we moved here from St. Tammany Parrish, Louisiana in search of a better education for our hearing impaired child, Jake. We chose this area because they had an excellent program for Jake, but also had wonderful schools that would benefit both children.

We are just starting this site, so bear with us as we build. There is more coming in the future.
